One powerful example of the impact of fostering is a sweet little kitten named Mavis. She was found alone in a field with a wound of unknown origin on her neck and was only about nine days old when she was rescued. Without a dedicated foster home, we would not have been able to save her.
Thanks to the love and care of her foster, Mavis received the attention she needed to heal and grow. Today, she is happy, healthy, and thriving in her forever home.
